Rules & Regulations
for Clients
1. Driver Requirements
- Drivers must possess a valid physical driver’s license.
- Full coverage car insurance is required and must be transferable to our vehicles.
- Minimum age to drive is 25. Drivers aged 21-24 can participate with a $39 underage fee.
2. Vehicle Operation
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations at all times.
- Obey all instructions given by the lead car and guide.
- Maintain a safe and reasonable speed, adhering to posted speed limits.
- Refrain from reckless or dangerous driving behaviors.
3. Safety Guidelines
- Seat belts must be worn by the driver and passenger at all times.
- No consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during the driving experience.
- Use of mobile phones while driving is strictly prohibited unless using a hands-free device.
- Be aware of and respect other road users and pedestrians.
4. Vehicle Care
- Treat the vehicle with care and respect.
- No smoking in or near the vehicle.
- Do not engage in activities that could cause damage to the vehicle.
5. Conduct
- Show respect and courtesy to all staff members and other participants.
- Follow the designated route as instructed by the guide.
- Adhere to the schedule and return the vehicle on time.
6. Photography and Video
- Stops for photos are designated by the guide; do not make unscheduled stops.
- Video recording of the experience is available for purchase; personal recording is allowed but must not interfere with driving safety.
7. Emergency Procedures
- In case of an accident or emergency, follow the instructions provided by the guide.
- Contact emergency services immediately if necessary and inform the guide.
8. Financial Responsibilities
- A refundable security deposit of $500 is required on a credit card at registration. Cash deposits are not accepted.
- Drivers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their actions.
- International clients must pay a Property Damage Waiver fee of $79.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience for a full refund.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
10. Compliance
- Non-compliance with these rules and regulations may result in the immediate termination of the driving experience without a refund.
- Preferred Supercars reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not adhering to these rules and regulations.
